Hornet Support Stops Responding After Account Suspension Appeal

My Hornet account, which I actively used for years, has been suspended for approximately three years as a result of being unfairly reported simply because I did not respond to certain users’ chat requests. My username is 1fi6jx.

After my account was closed, I contacted Hornet’s support team multiple times via email. They asked me to take a selfie holding a piece of paper with a verification code written on it. I clearly stated that I found this request both unnecessary and intrusive. Despite sending hundreds of emails, my issue has not been resolved. For a long time now, I have not received any response at all to my emails.

While there are many genuinely problematic users on the platform who should have their accounts suspended, I believe it is extremely unfair and arbitrary that my account was closed even though I did not violate any rules.

I believe my account was wrongfully suspended and demand that the restriction on my account with the username 1fi6jx be lifted immediately and that my account be fully restored without delay. Otherwise, I am seriously considering filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and pursuing legal action thereafter.
