Valorant Permanently Banned My Account Without Clear Evidence

My Valorant account, corleone#0618, which is linked to Riot Games, was permanently banned on June 11. I discovered this on June 12 when I tried to log into my account. I had not even turned on my computer that day, so I believe this permanent ban was issued unfairly and incorrectly. Afterward, I scanned my computer and found no suspicious software or issue.

After the ban, I opened a support ticket and contacted Riot Support. They told me that the necessary checks had been completed, that their decision was correct, and that I had allegedly used cheats. However, I do not use any cheats, third-party programs, macros, or similar software, even in the background while playing. Riot has also not explained what evidence or specific activity led them to this conclusion.

I downloaded Valorant around November or December 2025 and have been using the same account since then. During this time, I have only received penalties for situations such as leaving matches or being AFK. Other than that, my account has no history of bans or serious penalties. I have also spent over $22 on this account and worked hard to reach Silver 3 while trying to climb to Gold.

This permanent ban has completely discouraged me from playing the game. It is frustrating to see players who clearly appear to cheat, spin around on the map, or behave suspiciously continue playing, while my account, which I built with effort and money, has been permanently banned. If Riot claims that I violated the rules, I request clear and concrete evidence explaining what exactly was detected.

For these reasons, I request that this permanent ban be reviewed again in detail. I ask Riot Games to reconsider the decision and remove the permanent ban from my account if no clear and undeniable evidence exists. I do not want to permanently lose an account that I worked hard on and spent money on without being shown a specific and transparent reason.
