Valorant Banned My Account for Third-Party Software I Never Used

My Valorant account was permanently banned on June 5, 2026, for alleged “third-party application use” while I was playing at an internet café, even though I have never used cheats or any third-party software. The banned account username is rağmen#26262. I can no longer access an account that I have spent a long time building and invested approximately $86–$108 into.
Immediately after the incident, I submitted a support ticket through Riot Support. At first, I was told that I would receive a response within 48 hours. However, nearly a week has passed, and I have only received automated messages stating that the review is still ongoing and thanking me for my patience. I have not been given a detailed explanation or any concrete solution.
I believe this permanent ban is unfair because I did not use any cheats, scripts, or unauthorized third-party applications. I think the issue may have been related to the internet café environment rather than any action I personally took.
I request that Riot Support prioritize my case, review my account and login activity in detail, and reconsider the ban decision. If the investigation confirms that I did not intentionally violate any rules, I ask that the unfair ban be removed and that my Valorant account be restored.
