Hornet Login Blocked With No Reason Provided

My Hornet account, which I created using the email address Ar***************@gmail.com, was suspended approximately two months ago without any explanation. I did not receive any notification either through the app or via email, so I do not know why my account was closed.

Up to this point, I have not contacted the support team. With this complaint, I am requesting that the matter be reviewed and that my account be reactivated. I also ask that the reason for the suspension be clearly and explicitly communicated to me.
