Hornet Blocked My Account After Years of Use

I have been using the Hornet app for nearly 5 years. About a week ago, on my Poco X7 Pro, my entire account was suddenly suspended without any explanation, and my access to the app was completely blocked. I did not receive any warning, email, or message regarding the suspension. I also do not have any paid membership or payment activity on my account.
It is possible that I may have unknowingly violated a rule, but no explanation was provided about why my account was suspended. I am requesting that my account be reactivated, and I kindly ask for assistance in resolving this issue.
