Warranty Hoops for the Hoover H-Free 300 Vacuum

My Hoover H-Free 300 upright vacuum broke down, and when I contacted customer service, they told me I needed to bring it to their service center. On August 15, 2023, I was informed that there was no service center in Bartin and that I should contact the one in Zonguldak. On August 15, I contacted the Zonguldak dealer, who claimed to be too busy and unable to assist at the time. When I inquired again after 25 days, they stated that they no longer provided service and that there was now a service center in Bartin. When I contacted the Bartn service center, I was told that they could only handle assembly problems and not warranty repairs. When I called Hoover's main office, they insisted on taking it to the service center, which said they couldn't help. It's been 45 days and I still haven't sent the product in for repair. Even if I do, I'm not sure how long I'll have to wait. This company does not stand behind their product, which is extremely disappointing.

Still, no one has called or asked.
It's been exactly 60 days and still no result. I called the service, and they said they are waiting for the part. It's been 60 days, enough is enough. Don't deal with such a company. If it were a small, unofficial operation, the solution process would be faster. A huge company couldn't procure a part in 60 days.
