Never Choose Hoover Dryer
I purchased a Hoover dryer with the model/type NDEH 10A2TSBE-17, and it broke down twice within 5 months. The issue both times was related to the motherboard. During the first breakdown, they replaced the motherboard. However, when it broke down a second time, I refused to accept the same repair and requested a new dryer. Unfortunately, they have not taken any action to address my request, leaving me frustrated and without a solution.
Progress
They changed the motherboard the first time, at the second breakdown I did not accept it, now they do nothing!
