Candy Hoover Dryer Filter Damage and Expensive Repairs

I bought a Candy Hoover dryer less than a year ago, and now the front claws of the lower filters have broken, so the door keeps popping open all the time. When I checked it out, I found that the plastic claws got weak and broke because of the hot air coming out of the machine's heat pump. I reached out to the call center on December 9, 2023, at 5:11 PM, looking for a solution.

The person I talked to said that even though the product is still under warranty, they won't cover the plastic parts and I'll have to pay for the repair. What am I doing wrong as a consumer? Why do I have to pay for fixing a product that has a warranty? If I had known about this post-purchase service policy, I wouldn't have bought it. I want this problem to be resolved and for me to be satisfied. If not, I will take action and use all my rights, including getting the Arbitration Committee involved. With the way things are going with our economy, it's not like money just magically appears out of nowhere. Please respond as soon as possible.
