Hoover Washing Machine (11+8 kg) Dryer Buckle Problem

I bought a Hoover washing machine that can hold 11+8 kilograms of laundry on May 11, 2021. Lately, the thing that stirs things up in the machine, which is really important, has stopped working properly. As a result, the part with teeth has ruined all of my clothes. When I reached out to customer service for help, they gave me a ridiculous response saying that it's "not covered by the warranty anymore." I've never seen a company that doesn't support its own brand like this before. Now, I'm determined to fully understand and exercise all of my legal rights. This includes refusing to pay for the repair that should be covered under the warranty, as well as seeking compensation for the damaged clothes.
