Honda Civic FE1 Steering Issues
Based on Honda's well-established reputation and extensive expertise, we unfortunately made an error that resulted in a challenging situation. My Civic FE1, which is still covered by warranty, unfortunately experienced a steering box malfunction with only 7,000 km on the odometer. I've been dealing with this problem ever since I bought the car. When I brought it up during the January service, I notified the dealership about the issue, and they verified it after conducting an inspection. They tried to replace it, but unfortunately, it didn't fix the problem. They said it was due to a problem with the factory, suggested applying some temporary lubrication, and assured me that a replacement box would be sent soon. Unfortunately, after 4.5 months, my car is still experiencing issues. Honda, the manufacturer, is unable to repair its own vehicle! Nobody is reaching out or keeping in touch. How can I continue to promote this brand to others? Please provide me with the information. Regrettably, I have no choice but to turn to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Honda Turkey consistently fails to appreciate its customers. Before making a purchase decision, it's important to be aware of this information about Honda vehicles.
