My Brand New Honda Civic Has Paint Problems

I bought a Honda Civic on August 4, 2023, and it cost me a huge ₺1,704,000. I noticed some problems with the paint on the bumper just three months after I got it. When I brought it to the service center, they just casually told me that there was nothing they could do. And if that wasn't bad enough, now the car's roof is starting to peel and there's rust in the spots where the paint is coming off. Is it common for a car that's only 5 months old to have these issues? When I have service visits, I often receive responses like "they barely applied any paint," which is not at all what I expected from a professional company. Yeah, the car got ceramic coating and paint protection done before it left the dealership. If it weren't for these treatments, I can't even imagine what else I might have to deal with. I'm asking Honda Turkey to deal with this problem quickly. If they don't, I'll take legal action. I'm waiting for Honda to reply.
