My 2017 model Honda Civic FC5 has experienced paint peeling, and it's progressively worsening. The car has been regularly serviced at authorized dealerships. I took it to the authorized service center in Mersin, seeking a solution, but they mentioned that there's nothing they can do as Honda does not acknowledge it as a factory defect. This is not only diminishing the value of my car but also not aesthetically pleasing. What can we do about this? We trusted Honda for quality, but is it a mistake? Honda needs to hear our voice. Such poor paint quality should not be acceptable. You must address our grievances on this matter.
