About 10 days ago, I noticed paint peeling on the left side of the rear window and the fuel filler lip of my 2019 Honda Civic. My vehicle does not have paint protection and this is the first time this problem has occurred. When I contacted the authorized service center in Zonguldak Ereğli, they informed me that no repairs could be done free of charge due to the six-year warranty period, but that repairs could be done for a fee. I believe the paint peeling is entirely due to manufacturing or materials, not user error. The vehicle has no previous repairs, accidents, or maintenance history. I expect Honda to fix this problem free of charge. I believe the problem is not my fault, but rather a manufacturing issue. I'm requesting assistance.
