I own a 2019 Honda Civic, and since 2025 I have been dealing with a chronic paint peeling problem that is still ongoing. The issue occurs mainly on the rear left side, from the window up to the roof, including the area around the rain gutters, where the paint continuously peels off. I am the first owner of the car, all maintenance has been done at authorized service centers, and my license plate number is 25AAN977. In June 2025, when I applied to Samsun Kamer Honda authorized service, I was told that my car’s warranty had expired on March 18, 2025, and therefore the repair would only be done at my expense. However, it is well known that paint peeling is a chronic issue in white Honda vehicles, and the company is expected to resolve such problems free of charge. Since my car’s full maintenance history is with authorized service centers, I am requesting that this chronic issue be fixed at no cost.
