I am writing directly to you because Honda Turkey responsibles do not care about my problem about my Honda car . I don’t believe their respects to the Honda brand and to the Honda customers. Problem :I bought a new Honda Civic Sedan in Turkey ,Bursa at 2018 . Its guarantee still on going . Its has a production failure ,paint removal problem on its whole pan . ( see pictures) Honda service and Honda Turkey accepted that it is a production failure and they painted the whole pan. Because of this problem my car selling price reduced ,I can not sell my car ,No body wants to buy this car in Turkey . my car value reduced %40, because the car has production failure . Honda Turkey don’t care about it and they offered to pay me only 10.000 Turkish Lira (%1 )as a value lost.This can not be accepted ,it does not reflects my real lost. It does not fit Honda brand values. I need your support to solve my problem. I can not solve my problem with Honda Turkey responsibles. Please take care about it and help me .
