Honda HR-V Turbo Sport Front Knocking Noise Never Fixed After Multiple Dealer Visits

I purchased my 2020 Honda HR-V Turbo Sport brand new. When the car had only around 4,000 kilometers on it, I went to Honda Marmara dealership because of a knocking noise coming from the front. On my first visit, they told me they had tightened the bolts and the problem was resolved, then handed the car back — but I noticed the noise was still there the moment I drove off.When I called back, I was given another appointment. This time they told me the shock absorber was faulty and needed to be replaced. Initially they said the repair wouldn't be covered under warranty, but after I pushed back, they agreed to cover it and replaced the shock absorber. However, while there was no noise on the smooth 40-kilometer stretch of road between my home and the dealership, the same sounds came right back the moment I hit a rough road.I called Honda Marmara again and dropped the car off at the service center once more. They told me they had inspected it and found nothing wrong, then called me to come pick it up. When I arrived, I told them I wanted to go on a test drive with the technician who had said there was no problem, and I went out on a rough road with the lead technician. I showed him the knocking sounds on the uneven surface and the thudding sound when braking hard, and I pointed out that the swing arm bushings seemed to be striking something during braking as if they were detached.The lead technician told me the swing arm bushings were installed in the wrong orientation, that all of these cars are like that, and that the noises were normal. When I asked that any errors be corrected, he told me Honda doesn't fix that — and the car was returned to me in the same condition. As of 2026, my car only has 17,000 kilometers on it, yet these obvious noises have made me not want to drive it anymore. I was thoroughly dissatisfied with Honda Marmara dealership, and a problem that could have been easily fixed has completely put me off using the vehicle. It's genuinely disappointing that a brand like Honda has been unable to resolve a defect like this on a car that was bought new.I'm requesting that Honda have my vehicle thoroughly inspected by qualified technical staff, that the actual source of the noises coming from the front suspension and swing arm bushing area be clearly identified, and that this issue be permanently resolved under warranty.
