Honda Delayed My Vehicle Repair for Over a Month and Ignored Follow-Up on Parts

For the past month and a half, I've had a problem with my Honda that hasn't been fixed. It was said that the repair would take 15 days to 4 weeks, but there has been no progress, and the parts that were ordered from abroad have not been fully tracked. I only get updates when I ask for them, and even then, I don't know for sure when the repair will be done. I depend on my car for daily tasks, so this lack of contact and delay has caused me a lot of trouble. Honda was supposed to give me better service and be more responsible, but this experience has made me feel let down. I strongly urge Honda to act right away to fix this problem and make the required repairs.
