The dealership advised me to have the motorcycle towed and assured me that Honda Roadside Assistance would pay for it, as long as the issue wasn't caused by me. Although I did not make any mistake, I was charged for the towing service without any prior notice. I request immediate action to resolve this issue and reimburse me for the towing fee. It's only fair that I don't have to bear the cost if the issue is covered under warranty. If you don't address this matter promptly and compensate me accordingly, I will have to escalate the issue to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Thank you for your attention.
