I bought a Honda Civic with confidence and excitement, but when it came time for regular maintenance, I discovered that there is no authorized Honda Car Service in Balikesir Metropolitan City. I was forced to service the car outside of the authorized service network. Is this appropriate for a brand like Honda? We put our trust in the brand and purchase their vehicles, but we can't find an authorized service center in a major city with a high concentration of Honda vehicles. I apologize, but this is not acceptable. Please resolve this matter or notify me if you are unable to do so. If this issue is not resolved, I will consider replacing my Honda vehicles with others that have authorized service centers.
