I recently purchased a Honda Dio motorcycle and wanted to complete the 1,000 km maintenance. Unfortunately, Ayvalik lacks an authorized service center. I contacted Honda Mnr Motorcycle in Balikesir, and they asked me to deliver the bike to them. The issue is that Balikesir is approximately 150 kilometers from Ayvalk, whereas Edremit is only 45 kilometers away. For the round trip, both distances must be doubled. It's a pain for a small scooter motorcycle designed for city use. Even though there are mobile service centers in Ayvalik, they do not provide service and referred me to Edremit. I was disappointed when I called Honda's general hotline and spoke with an unhelpful representative. They simply stated, "We can't interfere with what the service center says." This lack of concern and unwillingness to provide solutions is disheartening as a loyal Honda user. For a better user experience, Honda should improve its customer service and ensure service accessibility in all regions.
