Honda Charged Me for Valve Adjustment But Didn’t Do It, Now Regulator Failed

In December 2019, I bought a Honda Civic from Honda Akcanlar. Since the day I bought it, I have had all of its maintenance done at Honda Akcanlar. When I took it for its 40,000 km service, they told me that the valve adjustment also needed to be done, and I agreed and had it done (I still have the invoice showing that they charged me for this service). About a month ago, I went back to Akcanlar because I was having an issue with the LPG system (it was taking a long time to fill up, and the car was consuming too much fuel). They told me they had performed the necessary checks and assured me that there were no issues with the car, and that I could use it with peace of mind. However, this week, the check engine light suddenly came on, and as usual, I took it to Akcanlar. After the necessary inspections (by the way, the diagnosis cost me ₺2000), they told me that there was a problem with the regulator and that no valve adjustment had ever been done on the car, despite what they had said earlier. They estimated that the repair would cost between ₺20,000 and ₺25,000.

Now, my main concerns are as follows:

1) Why wasn’t the valve adjustment done when I was charged for it?

2) They said the regulator failure might have been caused by the lack of valve adjustment. So, am I to blame for this issue, or is Akcanlar, who didn’t perform the valve adjustment despite charging me for it?

3) Even though the car is still under warranty, this issue is not covered. So, is Honda selling us cars without warranties? (They said the warranty for the LPG system only lasts for 3 years. In that case, don’t sell a car with such a short warranty. When you get the LPG system installed externally, the company gives you this warranty anyway. Shouldn’t factory-installed LPG systems have better coverage?)

4) A month ago, when I said there was an issue with the LPG system, and the dealer claimed they performed all the necessary checks and found no problems, did they really inspect the car?

5) As I mentioned earlier, I had all of the car’s maintenance done at Akcanlar. They always claimed they performed the necessary services, but did they really? If they had, they wouldn’t have charged me for the valve adjustment during the 40,000 km service without actually doing it. If they had done it properly, I might not be facing this issue today.
