On November 6, 2021, I purchased a Homend brand robot vacuum cleaner, model Alex, from the Karaca store in the Novada shopping center and paid 1250.00 ₺ for it. I used the product only a few times but encountered an issue with charging. I sent the item for warranty service, and they offered me either a refund or a replacement with a new product of the same value. However, the current price of this vacuum cleaner model is 10,000 ₺, and I am losing a lot. I suggested them to send the same product. Despite my calls and attempts to contact the customer support of Karaca and Homend, we couldn't find a solution to the problem.
