On July 10, 2023, I used the money in my Holiganbet account to make three single-match bets of 1000 TL each. However, the funds were deducted from my account without placing the bets. Then, I attempted to place a 2-way combination bet for 762 TL but encountered an error. I tried again with the same bet and amount, but once again, the funds were deducted without placing the bet. Despite discussing the issue with customer service at least 50 times and them acknowledging the error on multiple occasions, they only refunded me the transaction fee of 2800 TL. Despite repeatedly requesting investigations into the matter, no progress or response has been made. Holiganbet completely seized my money under the pretext of a system error. I strongly advise against playing games on this site. When you figure out the same thing, it might be too late. Thank you.
