Holafly Sold Me a Useless ESIM and Won’t Give Me a Refund

Holafly has let down a lot. Though I purchased an eSIM hoping for a seamless experience, no matter what I tried I cannot get it to function. Their chatbot was utterly unhelpful, responding generally in pointless manner. When I at last got to an actual person, they were unable to resolve the problem either. Angry, I requested a refund; they reassured me I would get one. But here I am, twelve days later, and instead giving my money back they are presenting me a credit note—something I never approved of. When a firm promises something and then breaks that commitment, it can be rather annoying. Should you be considering using Holafly, I would exercise great caution. My experience suggests that getting help—or your money back—is difficult.
