I have been waiting several weeks now for a promised refund through Holafly. When you contact them on email, Whatsapp or through their app, you get the same automated response. No help at all, but empty promises that they are looking into it! A very dishonest, unhelpful company. Do not use Holafly. There are many other esim providers out there that do not make false promises about refunds. Use another esim provider, not Holafly if you want peace of mind.
