Sudocrem Baby Cream Contains Suspected Plastic or Silicone

Approximately four to five months ago, I purchased a 400 g container of Sudocrem Baby Care Cream from an e-bebek store for my baby. When I opened the product, I found a small foreign object inside the cream that appeared to be a piece of silicone or plastic. I also noticed something resembling a piece of string, along with a disturbing shape on it that appeared to resemble an obscene or offensive symbol. The fact that a product specifically manufactured for babies could contain foreign materials in this condition has caused me serious concerns regarding both hygiene and safety.

After using this cream, my baby developed redness on the skin. The batch number of the product is 148057. Because of what happened, I have completely lost confidence in the product and do not want to use it on my baby again.

I request that Sudocrem and e-bebek investigate my product and carry out the necessary quality and safety checks regarding the relevant batch. Due to the inconvenience and concern this incident has caused me, I also request a full refund of the amount I paid for the product. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and properly investigated to ensure that similar issues do not occur with other products intended for babies.
