This morning I clicked on a promotion showing a discount from 1,072 TL down to 19 TL, and I subscribed to Hint for 19 TL. However, now the app won’t let me cancel my subscription, and it keeps withdrawing money from my account. This kind of deceptive practice is unacceptable.
If this continues, I will report the company to the relevant authorities. I want my subscription canceled immediately and all unauthorized charges refunded.
