Hint.app.com Theft Of My Money

On 7 January at around 12:00 am New Zealand time, $52 was taken from my ANZ My Freedom account via my debit card by a company called Hint.app.com. I have never heard of this company before, have never had any subscriptions or dealings with them, and I did not authorize this transaction in any way. The name on my ANZ My Freedom account and debit card is MRP AUSTIN. I am extremely unhappy about this situation because this money has effectively been taken from my account without my consent, and I am very careful with my personal and banking details precisely to avoid this kind of incident. At the time of writing, I have not yet been able to contact either ANZ or Hint.app.com because of the hour and their opening times, but I will be doing so as soon as they are available. I request an immediate full refund of the $52 that was taken without my authorization, the cancellation of any subscription or service that may have been created in my name without my knowledge, and the complete deletion of all personal data, card details and bank information related to me that Hint.app.com may be storing. I also expect a thorough investigation and a clear explanation of how my card details were obtained and used, given that I have never knowingly interacted with this company. I want this issue resolved urgently and in full, including the return of my money and confirmation that my personal and banking information is no longer at risk of being misused by Hint.app.com.
