If Hint charged you twice without telling you, here's what you can do to fix the problem and get your money back:
First, double-check your account's subscription page and cancellation records. If you missed a billing cycle, a "catch-up" charge may appear because of a late payment.
You should contact Hint's support through their Help Center or email support if you didn't agree to the extra charge at all. Include screenshots of the double billing and ask for a "billing error / duplicate charge" refund.
Cancel any current subscriptions right away through their Cancellation Portal or account settings to stop any more charges.
