Unauthorized $45 Charge from “Hint App” on My Bank Account

On January 30, $45 was withdrawn from my Garanti Bank account by an app called “Hint App” without my knowledge and without any subscription or membership on my part. I do not have any such app or membership.

I submitted a dispute through the bank’s mobile application, but I am requesting that this issue be resolved and my financial loss be reimbursed. I demand that the $45 be refunded to me immediately; otherwise, I will pursue legal action.
