In June 2024, money was withdrawn from my account twice, in the amount of 641.96 TL each time, by an entity listed as Hint App. This equals approximately $15 USD per charge, for a total of approximately $30 USD, and it was done without my approval.
How is it possible for them to charge my account without authorization? I am demanding that the full amount be refunded to me immediately. I will file a criminal complaint with the public prosecutor’s office if necessary. This situation is unacceptable.
