Unauthorized Hint America Charge - Cash App Refund Request

I recently discovered a $29.99 charge made under the name Hint America that was withdrawn via my Cash App and ultimately taken from my Bank Midwest account on 3/16/2026 under the name Cecilia I***. I did not personally authorize this payment in any way and no product or service from Hint America was involved or legitimately requested by me. This situation is unacceptable to me because funds were removed from my account without my knowledge or consent. I am demanding that the full amount of $29.99 be immediately returned to my Bank Midwest account and that every and all related or potential future charges connected with Hint America, this transaction, or my information be stopped completely. I request that this issue be investigated promptly, that my money be refunded without delay, and that I receive clear confirmation once the refund is processed and any further billing or access to my financial information is fully blocked.
