I am using the Hint app on my Android phone and noticed that I was charged multiple times without my consent. On 03/25/2026 I saw that my Chime account had been charged twice for $29.99 and twice for $0.50 for Hint, even though these should not have gone through. One of the charges shows as declined, but the rest were processed, and I did not agree to or authorize being billed multiple times like this. As soon as I noticed the charges this morning, I contacted Chime and reported the problem. I was told that I would need to wait for the charges to clear because they are currently pending, which is very frustrating since this money has already been held from my account. I consider these duplicate charges to be incorrect and unfair. I request that the duplicate charges be canceled and refunded to my account as soon as possible and that any pending incorrect transactions be reversed so that my available balance is fully restored. I also ask that my account be checked to ensure I am not charged again in this way in the future.
