On July 22, 2024, at 3:08 PM, a company listed as YDS Hint App withdrew money from my Akbank account without my permission or even my knowledge. I had previously visited the app only because I saw an advertisement and wanted to take a look, but I definitely did not purchase any membership or subscription at this price level.
I am requesting a refund of the amount that was taken without my consent.
