Hint App Charged My Account Four Times Without Consent

On June 1, 2024, my account was charged four times in the amount of 641.96 TL each by Hint App, for a total of 2,567.84 TL, which is approximately $59 USD. I have never created a membership or subscription in any way.

How is it possible to take money without any authorization? I am demanding that this money be refunded to me immediately. I will file a criminal complaint with the public prosecutor’s office. Is something like this really acceptable?

How can you withdraw money without my consent? By what right? I did not receive any service from you. I did nothing at all to approve or authorize these charges.
