Hint App Glitch Prevents Cancellation After Free Trial Ends

Hello,
I do not want my Hint App subscription to continue after the trial period. When I try to cancel the subscription, it says a verification code has been sent, but no code ever arrives, and I can’t complete the process.
The system keeps showing error messages repeatedly, and I’m unable to cancel my membership in any way. I want my subscription to be canceled immediately, and I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
