Hint App Won’t Cancel My Membership Despite Repeated Attempts

Hello,
I do not want my Hint App subscription to continue after the trial period. I’m trying to cancel it, but the system keeps giving constant error messages and the process is extremely complicated. There is no clear guidance or working option to complete the cancellation.

I want my subscription to be canceled immediately, and I ask that this problem be fixed as soon as possible. The app provides no support or help, which makes users feel completely helpless.
