Hint App Charged Me After I Canceled During the Free Trial

I downloaded the Hint App and canceled the subscription before the trial period ended. I can see that I am not the only person affected by this issue. Despite canceling, 639 TL (approximately $15 USD) was charged to my account today, and I am requesting a response and a full refund.

I was not given any information or notification about this charge. I did not even receive an email. The app stated that the cancellation was successful, yet the charge was still made.
