Demanding Cancellation and Refund After Unauthorized Hint App Charge

Money was withdrawn from my account by the Hint App, and I am requesting that my subscription be canceled immediately. A charge of 650 TL (approximately $15 USD) was taken from my account without any prior notice or information provided to me. I want my subscription canceled.
I could not find any communication or support channel. I did not even download or use the app, let alone start a trial period—so what exactly am I being charged for when I never used the service at all?
