Unauthorized Charge After Free Trial on Hint App

Today, 1,668 TL was charged from my account, and I am requesting that this amount be refunded. A free trial was advertised for the Hint App; however, despite being labeled as free, this amount was still withdrawn, which is why I am asking for my money back.

From the moment I logged in, the charge was taken immediately, and there was no live support or contact option available that I could reach in order to cancel. The app states that a refund is available before the trial period ends, so I expect the necessary action to be taken accordingly.
