I am writing regarding an unwanted subscription charge of $44.99 from the Hint app, processed through the Google Play Store on 31/01/2026. I had canceled this subscription about a week or two before the renewal date because I did not want to continue, yet I was still charged. After seeing the $44.99 charge, I did not use the subscription or benefit from any of the services. This money is very important to me, as I need it for my medicine and basic needs, and I did not intend to make or accept this payment. I kindly request that the $44.99 subscription fee charged on 31/01/2026 be fully refunded to my original payment method, and that any active subscription related to this charge be permanently canceled so that I am not billed again in the future.
