I am writing about an unauthorized $30 transaction that was taken from my Cash App balance on March 23, 2026, at around 5:20 a.m. in Arkansas, USA. The transaction shows as a charge by “Hint America Inc,” and I did not give any permission or authorization for this payment. This $30 was taken directly from my Cash App balance without my consent. I live with my elderly mother, and I urgently need this money to buy her medications, so this unauthorized charge is creating a serious hardship for us. Aside from this transaction, I have already blocked other parties that previously attempted similar charges, so this is the only current unauthorized transaction on my account. I contacted support and was told to request that this transaction be canceled. I am therefore asking you to immediately cancel, reverse, or refund this $30 charge, whichever you are able to process the fastest, and ensure that no further unauthorized payments are made to Hint America Inc from my Cash App balance.
