Unauthorized Charges By Hint America Wirelab

I recently discovered that my Cash App account has been charged multiple times by a company called Hint America Wire Lab without my authorization or consent. On the night of February 8, 2026, at approximately 10:17 p.m., I was charged $29.99, and in the week before this date, I also noticed multiple unauthorized charges of $0.50 several times. One of the transaction identifiers shown in my Cash App activity is “Fjeg76Heg.” I have never knowingly purchased any product or service from Hint America Wire Lab and, to my knowledge, I have never received any product, service, email, or message from this company. These withdrawals were taken directly from my Cash App balance, and the money they took was part of the funds I had set aside to pay my rent, which has placed me in a very difficult situation. I contacted Cash App support to report the issue, but I was told that they could not do anything about these transactions. As a precaution, I have now removed any connection to Hint America Wire Lab from my Cash App account and blocked them from making any further purchases or charges. I consider these charges to be completely unauthorized and therefore illegal, as I never gave any permission, did not make any purchase, and have no relationship with this company. I am formally requesting a full refund of all unauthorized charges made by Hint America Wire Lab to my Cash App account, written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my account under any circumstances, and appropriate compensation for the financial loss and stress caused, especially considering that these funds were intended for my rent payment. I expect this situation to be investigated urgently and resolved as soon as possible, and I request to be informed in writing of the outcome and the steps taken to prevent any similar unauthorized charges in the future.
