Hilton Garden Inn Mardin Refused to Cancel Booking Despite Safety Concerns
I booked a room at Hilton Garden Inn Mardin through Trip.com but needed to cancel due to a serious threat to my safety. Despite explaining my life was at risk, the hotel refused to cancel my reservation, dismissing my concerns with comments like "nothing will happen." I’m shocked at how little regard they have for human life. Other hotels canceled my bookings immediately after I explained the situation, but Hilton Garden Inn showed no empathy or understanding. This lack of compassion is unacceptable. I urge the hotel to reconsider their stance and refund my reservation promptly. No one should have to argue for their safety in such situations.
