I received information that my order would be sent by Hepsijet cargo for the product I purchased from Hepsiburada e-commerce company to ensure fast shipping. My cargo consists of two separate orders, one of my cargo was delivered and the other was not delivered. It was said that no delivery was made because my workplace with 24/7 security was closed. When I said that one of my two products was delivered, I was told that it was loaded on a different vehicle with a quick return. In fact, that is also impossible because I followed both of their products live. By the way, the courier in charge may forget to leave the product, I have nothing to say to this, it is the human condition. It is normal. But the customer representative who refrains from telling the truth also tells me that we will work until nine o'clock on Saturday this week due to Mother's Day. I say fine, send it by that time, it is now 21:14 and no one is coming or going. What kind of a company policy do you have? This is not commercial ethics. Say, we couldn't deliver your product, the courier must have forgotten. Say your product will be delivered on Monday. Then why don't the companies in my country grow and develop? That's why. I will definitely not choose Hepsijet cargo from now on.
