HepsiJet is definitely a careless and irresponsible company. I believe they have no disciplinary procedures when it comes to their couriers. They mark packages as delivered without actually delivering them, act as if they’ve visited the address when they haven’t, and mark undelivered items as “could not be delivered” without ever attempting delivery, then return the items arbitrarily. The worst part is that when you call customer service, you can’t get any information—about the product, the delivery, the courier, or even the delivery branch. They tell you to call Hepsiburada’s customer service! But of course, Hepsiburada says the issue is with the shipping company. It’s impossible to understand how these companies operate! Right now, they have a valuable item of mine, and its whereabouts are unknown. Customer service neither helps nor provides any information—in fact, they outright say, “If you’re lucky, it will be delivered; otherwise, it will be returned.”
