Sürat Kargo Still Hasn't Delivered My Package
I'm experiencing a nightmare with my Hepsiburada order, especially with items from For You Moda and Little Star marked with order number 196 963 150. The products were handed over to Sürat Kargo for delivery. However, since April 15, 2024, my order has been on a tour around Turkey, constantly redirected and seemingly lost. Despite reaching near Gebze, it was rerouted to Izmir for some reason. It's like they're on a sightseeing tour of Turkey! To cover up their mistakes, they even sent an apology message, which only adds insult to injury considering my package is on the brink of being lost. I've never seen such a poor system or incompetent courier company. It's a cycle of either losing my package or failing to deliver it to the right address. If they can't handle this job, they shouldn't be doing it at all. I demand my packages be delivered to me today. Thank you.
