The order number 2410405799-2 that I placed from FLO on June 10th has still not been delivered. FLO is not interested in my undelivered cargo. HEPSIJET does not deliver my cargo that appears in the distribution. My cargo, which was dispatched on the 15th of the month, has still not been delivered. I have called FLO and HEPSIJET many times and registered complaints, but they cannot even tell me where the cargo is; they constantly use delaying tactics. I have never seen such a lax company. No one gives a clear answer. I ask what happened to my cargo and where it is. Customer service doesn't care, all they know is that they opened a record and are personally taking care of it. FLO has received its payment and the product has not been delivered. They are not interested. HEPSIJET does not tell me where the cargo is, so I started to think that they are taking advantage of my product. Otherwise, if the product that was in the delivery vehicle on the 15th of the month has not yet arrived by the 26th of the month, if your delivery branch cannot be found or it has not been refunded, which would have resulted in my order being cancelled, but it was not cancelled. I wonder if my children's holiday clothes were sent to someone else. I think, shame on them, of course, if they stooped to this level. If there is such a thing, one wonders why not, when there is such laxity on both sides. I want my product to be delivered as soon as possible and if it cannot be found, I want FLO to send my products again. I will not use HEPSIJET or FLO again.
