Hepsijet Delayed My Order Even After Reaching the Branch

The product I purchased from FLO on October 10, 2025, with shipment number 2451331703, was delivered to the Hepsijet Kemalpaşa branch on October 11, 2025, yet it still hasn’t been delivered to me or dispatched for delivery. The company’s name may be “Jet,” but its operations move at a turtle’s pace. My previous shipment with Hepsijet also took 3–4 days to arrive. From now on, I will specifically request that sellers use a different courier company. I request that my package be delivered to me as soon as possible and that an explanation be provided for the delay.
