My Order Still Not Delivered By Hepsijet After Weeks

On November 18, 2025, I placed order number 2452409921 with FLO. Although my order was delivered to the Hepsijet shipping company on the same day, it is now December 25, 2025, and my product has still not been delivered to me. Moreover, the amount I paid is a significant sum of ₺2,800. Hepsijet's Kayseri distribution regional office consistently delivers orders 10–15 days late, and this situation has seriously frustrated me. It feels like my orders are being transported very slowly and without care. I demand that both FLO and Hepsijet deliver this order urgently, taking into account the inconvenience I have experienced, and if necessary, issue a refund and conduct all necessary investigations to officially record my complaint.
